SHSS provides 24-hour expert Respite and Bed watch care services to children and young people and enables you, the full-time carer to have an essential break to revitalise. 

We can support Local Authority colleagues by providing a hospital support service, this generally requires supervision of a Young Person whilst admitted to hospital. The level of support varies, and the package is bespoke to meet the customer needs, our fully trained staff will remain with them, keeping them safe and calm and providing reassurance for the duration of their stay.
