Recruitment and Training

All staff are subject to safer recruitment and vetting processes, our systems are aligned to those of regulated services to ensure safeguarding is a priority from the start.

All team members are furnished with the following minimum training:   

  • Safeguarding
  • Child Protection
  • First Aid
  • De-escalation
  • Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression
  • Ethos and Values
  • Mental Health Awareness

We also enrol our staff to complete the Level 3 QCF in Caring for Children and Young People.
